The total building area developed to date is nearly 450,000 square feet, with the eventual site build out expected to reach over 700,000 square feet of retail, hospitality and service establishments.

People packed the premises for the Grand Opening of Costco last year on May 27, 2010, and the parking lot still remains full to overflowing.
